There is a saying that you don’t always appreciate what you have until you lose it, the same is applicable to our life. Have we ever wondered or pondered on why people suffer from depression or inferiority complex? It can be established that people who suffer from depression as a result of neglect or rejection fail to appreciate themselves. It all starts from you loving someone more than you can imagine then it gets to the point of you wanting to live the life of that person you envy or love. Of course we are all human, so delicate and vulnerable, we tend to blindfold our eyes to those who truly love us while we chase after those who want little or nothing to do with us. Depression also, is a factor of disappointment i.e. when you lose all you have or when someone did something you can’t imagine them doing to you.
